Life is full of change and transitions: some we choose, and some we do not. Transitions and changes are not often comfortable or easy; sometimes they are even traumatic or heartbreaking. Without support, healing, and help recognizing personal strengths or skills we need to navigate these transitions, it can be easy to get stuck or stagnate. It is not always enough to rely on our own resiliencies. In these times, we need someone who can join us where we are at and who can, when we are ready, support us in moving through the pain.

Individual Therapy: one-on-one sessions in a nurturing, supportive, and confidential environment working towards healing, growth, and wellness.
Family Therapy: family sessions focused on healing, growth and navigating transitions and change within the family system.
Relationship Therapy: sessions focused on increasing positive interactions and communication between romantic partners as well as non-romantic partners.
